(July 13, 2016) — The Players’ Tribune (TPT) today announced a new content collaboration with Samsung Electronics America, Inc. that will give sports fans unfiltered access to their favorite athletes. As part of the initiative, The Players’ Tribune will produce athlete-driven short-form 360-degree videos and photography using Samsung Gear 360, the company’s affordable, high-resolution, 360-degree camera for anyone that wants to create VR content.
