Hockey
For the first time this coming summer, women will be paid to play professionally in the Women's Hockey Association (WHA). The 2014 WHA Professional Summer Series is a promotional 8 game series of games between the Boston Shamrocks and Le Club de Hockey des Saintes de Montreal. Olympic Players will be showcasing a new “4V4” style of play which is “made for TV”. These games are being staged primarily to draw media attention to ourselves. A successful Summer Series will lead to a Winter Championship Series promoting all of our “Original Six” Teams. We are then scheduled to launch our first 24 game season in NHL areas in September 2015.
