Atlanta Pride, also colloquially called the Atlanta Gay Pride Festival, is a week-long annual lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender pride parade held in Atlanta, Georgia . Established in 1971, it is one of the oldest pride parades in the United States. According to the Atlanta Pride Committee as of 2007, attendance was averaging around 200,000.
