Its founding principal of providing travellers with a first class retail experience in a shopper-friendly environment and a diverse range of products still holds true to this day. The company employ over 4,000 people in airports throughout the Middle East. In 2011, Dubai Duty Free was projected to have sales of $1.45 billion.
The $8 million DP World Tour Championship, Dubai – staged in the emirate from 14-17 November, 2013 – is the grand finale of The Race to Dubai, a season-long competition spanning a minimum of 46 tournaments in 25 destinations and all five continents on The 2013 European Tour International Schedule.
