FedEx Corporation , originally known as FDX Corporation, is a logistics services company, based in the United States with headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. The name "FedEx" is a syllabic abbreviation of the name of the company's original air division, Federal Express, which was used from 1973 until 2000.
The nation’s largest African American business and professional conference and exposition draws an audience of more than 8,500 executives, entrepreneurs, and students. The conference also conducts one of the most successful career expositions that attract more than 300 corporations and public sector organizations seeking to hire MBA graduates, seasoned professionals, and interns for available positions across the country. The National Black MBA Association Annual Conference is held each September.
