Comedy Site Pitches Micro-Sponsorship Plan
Sick of seeing the same old ads this post-season? Comedy website, atom.com, has come up with a micro-sponsorship proposal for the folks at MLB & Fox. Check it out:
Here's what Atom.com says...
Sure, it's the SF Giants and Texas Rangers who are going to duke it out in the 2010 World Series, but Major League Baseball is offering you a once in a lifetime sponsorship opportunity to get in on the action. Tim Lincecum pitch count? You can sponsor it. Called strike 2? You can sponsor it. Close-up of Brian Wilson's Beard? You can sponsor it. No matter how small, if its part of baseball, Major League Baseball will let you sponsor it. After all, in this economy, you can't really turn down any opportunity to make some cash.
