Enrique Iglesias Dials Up Tour Sponsor

Mobile service provider, MetroPCS, and handset partner, Huawei, will be the presenting sponsors for the Enrique Iglesias's new tour kicking off later this month. The 19-city tour, entitled the Enrique Iglesias Euphoria Tour, will feature Pitbull and bachata artist Prince Royce, offering MetroPCS customers the opportunity to win products and exclusive experiences with Enrique.

Running through October 2nd, fans can visit MetroPCS' Facebook page to register to win the "Escape to Miami for Enrique and Euphoria sweepstakes," sponsored by MetroPCS and Huawei. The trip includes roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, autographed souvenirs, a Huawei M835 smartphone and a meet-and-greet and photo with the Spanish superstar.

"My Euphoria Tour will be an incredible show, and I'm thrilled to have sponsors that understand the importance of delivering an amazing music and entertainment experience to all my fans," said Iglesias.

The three artists will hit 19 cities during the U.S. tour, visiting major cities like Newark, N.J.; Los Angeles, Calif.; Las Vegas, Nev.; Dallas, Texas; Orlando and Miami, Fla.

"Our customers want access to all of the music and entertainment they can get their hands on, right on their phones," said Tom Keys, president and COO of MetroPCS. "Few artists hold the mass appeal of Enrique Iglesias, making him the perfect fit for MetroPCS as we deliver an incredible music experience for all consumers, along with the industry's most affordable wireless services and the latest Huawei devices."

"This partnership with MetroPCS allows us to link fans to their favorite artists, while also keeping them connected to friends and family by providing affordable entertainment devices, like the new Huawei M835," said Cui Jiangao, president of Huawei Device USA.

MetroPCS, which is based outside of Dallas, Texas, operates the fifth largest mobile telecommunications network in the US, with nearly 9 million subscribers. Earlier this month, the company created a bundling agreement with on-demand music service, Rhapsody, to offer unlimited mobile music for MetroPCS subscribers.

"Our customers want a rich entertainment experience, and music tops their charts." said Keys, president and COO of MetroPCS. #dealstag
