Hilton Confirms USOC Renewal

Hilton today announced that it has renewed its sponsorship of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Teams, which will now extend through the 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi and the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio.


"Hilton HHonors is proud to extend our commitment to Team USA through 2016 not only because it's a great cause, but because it aligns so closely with our founder's vision: world peace through international travel and trade," said Jeff Diskin, executive vice president, Hilton Worldwide. "As a long-standing supporter of the Olympic Movement, this is an opportunity to continue to provide our world-class hospitality to the athletes while training and competing, while further connecting our team members and guests to the Olympic spirit."

Since its sponsorship began in 2005, Hilton has contributed to renovations at numerous USOC training sites including the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

In addition to its Team USA sponsorship, Hilton HHonors is the official hotel partner of USA Gymnastics, USA Volleyball and the U.S. Figure Skating Team. #dealstag
