Here's How Much Tiger Sponsors Scored on Masters Sunday

Tiger Woods epic performance at the Masters on Sunday delivered for the sponsors that stuck with him through scandal and injury since his last major win more than a decade ago. Among those dropping Tiger in the wake of his scandal were Accenture, AT&T, Buick, Gatorade and Gillette, but at the Masters on Sunday three Tiger sponsors were on full display:

Monster Energy - A sponsor since November of 2016, Monster Energy had prominent placement on Tiger's bag. According to Apex Marketing Group, that placement scored Monster $958k of equivalent brand value in the final round alone.

Bridgestone - Shortly after the Monster deal, Tiger picked up Bridgestone has his ball sponsor in December of 2016 when Nike exited the golf equipment biz. Though Bridgestone didn't quite score a moment like this, the brand raked in about $134,167 in media for being on Woods’ golf ball Sunday.

Nike - Last, but certainly not least was Nike, which has been a Tiger sponsor for more than 22 years, since 1996. Ironically (?), Nike reportedly scored about $22 million in media value on Sunday thanks to Tiger's iconic Sunday red outfit.
