MLG Partners Tapping Into Pro Gamer Personalities

As the Major League Gaming season kicks off in Orlando, the MLG league office says that more marketers are tying into gaming's pro personalities.


MLG says that Dr Pepper, Hot Pockets, Old Spice, and Stride gum are each leveraging gaming personalities to gain influence within the fan community through personal appearances, Facebook chats, viral videos and on-pack promotions.

"We have a wide variety of personalities that represent the best competitive video gaming talent in the world," said Matthew Bromberg, president and CEO of Major League Gaming. "We're thrilled to see more of our partners identifying with the marketing value that our star players can bring to the table."
