Since opening last Fall, New Meadowlands stadium as retained its temp name, but according to Terry Lefton of Sports Business Daily that may about to change. Lefton says MetLife is in advanced talks to acquire naming rights for between $17 million and $18 million a year, a premium of about $10 million to its current deal.
