Two Days From Opening, Barclays Center Unveils Expanded Partnership Roster

With Brooklyn’s new sports and entertainment venue set to open this Friday, Barclays Center is unveiling a host of new partnerships. Adding to its already extensive roster of founding partners, Barclays Center will be launching marketing partnerships with Applebee’s, McDonald’s, New York Lottery, Party City, Reese’s, Robert Mondavi Wines, W.B. Mason, and Apollo Jets. The partners will be members of the Barclays Center Business Alliance.

Party City, already a sponsor of the New York Mets and New York Giants, will brand the center's party suites and become the official party store of the Brooklyn Nets, while W.B. Mason, a longtime New York Yankees sponsor, will become the official office supply company of the team. Apollo Jets, a private aviation company whose entire business model according to its CEO "revolves around sports", will brand the visiting team locker room and performer dressing rooms.

“We are proud that Barclays Center will debut with an outstanding family of corporate partners,” said Barclays Center and Brooklyn Nets CEO Brett Yormark. “It’s clear that the business community sees the excitement and benefits of being part of a spectacular venue in the heart of world commerce.”

Founding Partners for Barclays Center include Honda, American Express, Calvin Klein, Cushman & Wakefield, EmblemHealth, Foxwoods Resort Casino, GEICO, MetroPCS, Stolichnaya and Ticketmaster. Other sponsors include: adidas, Anheuser-Busch, Brooklyn Hospital, Coca-Cola, HighPoint Solutions, LIU Brooklyn, Marriott, Sony, and Willis Group.
