Starting in October, the Roanoke Civic Center will be known as the “Berglund Center.” The Roanoke City Council voted 6-0 Monday night, with Mayor David Bowers absent, to award naming rights for the city-owned facility to the Berglund Automotive Group, which has one of its 10 dealerships just a few blocks away from the facility on Williamson Road.
