Ottawa, ON – Volleyball Canada is pleased to announce that it has finalized a three-year partnership with action sport lifestyle apparel company, Maui & Sons Canada.   Maui & Sons is designing and outfitting Canada’s men’s and women’s beach national teams with team uniforms, board shorts, bikinis and accessories, and will be a major sponsor of Volleyball Canada’s annual Beach Volleyball Championships. More than 60 high performance players are now wearing Maui & Sons apparel as they compete for Canada on beaches around the world.   “Maui & Sons represent the 4 S’s…Sand, Surf, Skate, Snow and beach volleyball is a huge untapped sport in Canada that fits well with our brand and culture,” says Gary Vaters, President of Maui & Sons Canada. “The eyes of the world will be on beach volleyball at the PanAm Games 2015 in Toronto and Brazil in 2016, and all our athletes will be sporting Maui & Sons apparel.”   Maui & Sons will provide the official Team Canada Beach Volleyball competition apparel to be worn by Canada at the 2015 Pan Am Games and the 2016 Rio Olympics.
