The deal will align with their new lease agreement of 25 years, with an annual value of $3.5 million. Total value of the naming rights will be $87.5 million. As a secondary name for the facility it aligns well with other naming rights. The Seattle Seahawks reportedly get $4.5 million annually from CenturyLink as part of their naming rights deal. The Mariners are quick to point out that the revenues will be targeted for the maintenance and capital improvements they are obligated to that total approx. $25 million annually. The partership subject to approval by the Washington State Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District (PFD).
