The Sponsorship Manager and Meeting Planner will help implement and manage sponsorship agreements engaging the HO, field leaders and producers. Position also includes support and management of business meetings throughout the year. The sponsorship manager and meeting planner will work with HO teams as well as external vendors creating and executing events and meetings as well as developing strategic programs for field use. Role Responsibilities Meeting Planner Manage, execute and enhance business meetings: registration process, on-site activities, meeting logistics, etc. (10 – 15 per year). Responsible for financial accountability, decision-making and direct interaction with meeting business owners. Act as project manager for all assigned meetings to ensure all timelines are met. Sponsorship Manager Work inventively to brainstorm new thoughts in the market to progress the brand forward while maintaining the various attributes of the sponsorship. Market the sponsorships via promotions, advertising, merchandising, packaging, direct and interactive marketing, and customer events. Define and develop promotions to develop successful marketing campaigns, messages, banners. Develop fundamental assets such as videos, online content, photos, etc. Create and manage resource calendar in order to meet all the public relations and marketing milestones. Participate in the development and creation of promotions, events initiatives and programs aligned to the brand, and business strategies. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures. Remains current in profession and industry trends. Successfully completes job training requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Skills

Experience 5-7 years of experience in meeting planning and sports management. Experience managing projects from creation to completion and follow-up. Skills & Abilities Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to interface with all levels of associates and executive leadership as well as create strong working relationships with external business partners and field leaders. Ability to think creatively, with particular attention to detail. Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process / procedure improvements. Desire to take all programs and events to the next level while respecting the past. Education/Licenses/Professional Designations B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
