We are building a team of experienced, passionate, and creative brand experts to reposition Intel as a leader in technological innovation beyond PCs by evolving master brand meaning, equities, and perceptions; driving brand engagement; and shaping the global strategies and programs that will reinvent Intel and introduce new generations to the brand. As part of this team, we are seeking a seasoned marketer to lead the creation and development of Branded Entertainment Programs. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Brand Campaigns and Programs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Develop global, disruptive Big Ideas that will transform the Intel brand, support business objectives and priorities, drive engagement and affinity across audiences. Working in partnership with Intel creative leadership, agency partners, and Intel Marketing leadership, create global branded entertainment programs that deepen understanding and meaning of Intel and provide original and creative ways to drive brand engagement. 2.Lead identification of external agencies, partners, media companies, and talent, bringing together and orchestrating areas of competency, expertise, and influence, while aligning objectives and resources to deliver on concept potential. 3.Partner closely with internal teams (e.g. business units, geographies, cross-functional marketing teams) to align programs to business objectives. 4.Optimize program impact through development of integrated promotional campaigns with ATL/BTL execution for near- and long-tail activation. Manage budget, identify and be accountable for key metrics.


Required Skills

1.Exceptional written and oral communication skills. 2.Demonstrated experience (3 - 5+ years) in development of branded entertainment programs for large, global consumer brands. 3.Self-starter, problem-solver, resourceful, flexible, agile, team-orientation with individual accountability and a bias for action. 4.BA/BS degree
