Chicago Sport and Social Club, the nation’s largest organizer of adult recreational sports leagues and events, is seeking a full-time employee to develop leads, present, activate and manage its partnerships and sponsors. Responsibilities include: · Coordinating the sales, development, facilitation and execution of all local and national sponsorship programs. · Generating sponsorship sales leads through networking and cold calling techniques. · Preparing customized proposals outlining detailed programs for potential sponsors. · Managing existing partnership relationships communicating updates on a regular basis · Communicating to local and national staff all sponsorship activation obligations. · Ensuring that proper materials necessary for sponsorship activation are on-site at events and presentable for use. · Assisting with event activation for all event-related programs including beer, liquor or similar partners. · Preparing customized recap reports for all sponsors and partners detailing the activation of their program.


Required Skills

Basic Qualifications: · Minimum 2 years in sponsorship/event-related sales experience · Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: · Solid understanding of experiential marketing for local and national programs · Project management proficiency, including strong attention to detail and follow through · Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills · Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience · Superior time management, organization skills and independence · Established reputation with agencies and brands in active lifestyle arena Compensation will be commensurate with experience including a base and commission structure.
