Manage the execution of a high-emotional brand story utilizing communications, events and PR vehicles to drive business growth and build brand equity. Key areas of responsibility include managing the execution of plans for: bra launch campaigns, brand building initiatives, Fashion Show production and PR, press, customer and VIP events, branded content, lingerie editorial program, celebrity and product placement outreach, supermodel development and appearances, and media relations for digital, social and traditional outlets. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage the execution of comprehensive communications and event strategies with focus on Bras and Brand Building to drive awareness and sales.
-Manage the execution of plans for key bra and brand platforms including, Valentines Day, What Is Sexy? List and Store Openings.
-Manage strategy and execution for emerging VS categories with focus on Victorias Secret Sport.
-Support Director in ideating, planning and executing major business initiatives focused on bras and brand building.
-Manage and execute various aspects of the Victorias Secret Fashion Show.
-Produce branded video content for press and VS online platforms for bra launches, Sport, Fantasy Bra and brand building efforts.
-Manage video crew and photographers to plan and capture content on set and/or location. 
-Distribute branded content to support lingerie, Sport and brand building (events, editorial, Supermodels, videos, etc.) through VS digital and social networks, CRM and to Associates in the home office and in the field.
-Support the development of strong relationships with traditional and online fashion editors, TV producers, stylists, bloggers and other fashion & entertainment industry influencers.
-Manage the development of communications collateral for media and events including, press releases, fact sheets, scripts and spokesperson talking points.
-Support the strategy to build Supermodel talent with media training, photo-ops, interviews, editorial coverage and other exposure opportunities.
-Manage the celebrity outreach and product placement program to build the brand via entainment personalities and platforms.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams from VSL, VSD, Merchandising and Creative departments as well as Internal Communications, Media Relations, Community Relations, PINK Marketing departments to execute communications and events plans.
-Manage outside vendors to ensure successful execution of projects.
-Manage media opportunities and event participation for senior brand leadership when necessary. 


Required Skills

-5-7 years in post-college positions of increasing experience in public relations, communications or marketing.
-Proven track record in management and execution of strategic communications plans.
-Acute knowledge of fashion and entertainment media as well as overall media landscape.
-Well versed in all areas of digital and social media.
-Knowledge of communication and entertainment media functions.
-Strategic, but innovative and creative thinker.
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
-Ability to work independently and on a team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Bachelors degree or higher in related field.
-Professional at all times with internal and external partners as well as talent.
-Strong moral compass and ethics.
