Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play an important part in supporting all our youth sports marketing initiatives at Cambria. This position will assist in building upon existing and developing new partnerships with local and non-local youth and high school sports organizations. This role reports to the Director of Promotion.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Initiate and execute youth sports marketing partnership recommendations across the U.S. and Canada based on the set of overall marketing strategies and objectives
Assist sports marketing team in development and implementation of high school sponsorship expansion into additional markets
Work with local market sales reps and research youth sports initiatives in our key markets for potential partnership opportunities
Manage projects for all youth sports partnerships including contract fulfillment, payments, signage/installation, uniform production, photography, promotion and PR
Responsible for processing invoices and managing investments with youth sports vendors
Manage approval process for the team’s initiatives
Manage youth sports request inbox and provide support to partners and market reps looking for sponsorships in their area
Manage all local ‘game day events’ with key youth sports partners (including scheduling, staffing, booth, giveaways/promotions)
Manage Cambria mascot “Cambi” appearances (including schedule management, finding talent, costume shipping, costume cleanings)
Additional projects as requested
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree focus in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred
Requires 1-3 years of direct experience in the field of marketing (internship experience accepted); sports marketing experience preferred
Detail oriented
Very enthusiastic and outgoing
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Effective relationship building skills and problem solving abilities
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work some non-traditional work hours
Ability to decipher data with basic analytical skills
Experience using Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Word and Excel
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, self-starter
