We are building a team of experienced, passionate, and creative brand experts to reposition Intel as a leader in technological innovation beyond PCs by evolving master brand meaning, equities, and perceptions; driving brand engagement; and shaping the global strategies and programs that will reinvent Intel and introduce new generations to the brand. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-oriented program manager to develop Branded Entertainment Programs working with internal and external partners to integrate Intel experiences into movies, music, television, and other entertainment in powerful and authentic ways. This role reports to the Branded Entertainment Programs Lead.


Primary responsibilities:


1.Manage global, disruptive branded entertainment programs that will transform the Intel brand, support business objectives and priorities, drive engagement and affinity across audiences. Working in collaboration with Intel's creative and marketing leadership and key agency partners, help create & manage global branded entertainment programs that deepen understanding and awareness of Intel and provide original and creative ways to drive brand engagement.


2.Manage program execution/project management excellence spanning internal teams (e.g. business units, geographies, and cross-functional marketing teams) to align programs to business objectives.


3.Assist in identification & management of external agencies, partners, media companies, and talent, bringing together and orchestrating areas of competency, expertise, and influence, while aligning objectives and resources to deliver on concept potential.


Required Skills

1.Rockstar project management skills with experience in entertainment, branded entertainment and events. Must be able to showcase strong program management skills and have delivered a large-scale program with a long tail.


2.Needs exceptional written and oral communication skills.


3.Strong ability to influence. Must have stakeholder management skills and can drive a virtual team to success across the company and multiple geographies.


4.Self-starter, problem-solver, resourceful, flexible, agile, team-orientation with individual accountability and a bias for action.


5.Preference for someone with a strong content management background.


6.Strong understanding of millennial engagement strategies.


7.BA/BS degree
