We are looking for an exceptional and highly analytical individual to join our marketing team as Marketing Manager, Integrations. Planning and managing content integration and sponsorships across all the major US TV Networks, and with substantial media budget available; you will have real impact and project ownership in a fast growing and fun organization.


You will have proven marketing campaign experience and a track record of excellent execution and project management. You will be metrics-focused, with experience of using analysis to optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI and cost of user acquisition. You can take projects from ideation and push all parties and pieces to completion. You deliver results and insist on the highest standards.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class marketing team and help shape the future of sports entertainment. The role will report to Director of Marketing.


Strong knowledge of fantasy sports is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute our content and sponsorship integrations across our TV relationships
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external content, design and production teams to ensure best in class execution and maximum impact from all our sponsorship and content integration features
  • Project manage and drive the integrations from start to finish ensuring that we meet our high visual and execution standards
  • Analysis of campaign results to optimize the ROI and improve cost of acquisition – use the data to help us make smarter decisions and deliver greater impact
  • Inform the overall marketing strategy – messaging, positioning, promotions/offers, referral bonuses, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with and manage third party advertising and creative agencies


    Required Skills

  • 3 years’+ experience running marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of sports TV media landscape
  • Strong quantitative and Excel skills
  • Strong creative abilities
  • Tenacious project manager able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
