This position can be a Senior Analyst (L8) or Associate Manager (L9) depending on the candidate.


The Gatorade Partner Services team sets the strategy and oversees execution for engagement of all sports performance/sports medicine professionals (athletic trainers, strength coaches, sports dietitians, sport coaches) from youth through professional settings. The associate marketing manager will assist the director, Gatorade Partner Services, in developing a strategy and executing a plan that leads to active recommendation of Gatorade products and advocacy for the Gatorade brand among high school athletic trainers and sport coaches. Responsibilities focus on strategic development, relationship management, program execution and program measurement. A blend of business management, brand development and communications skills are critical for success.


Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Lead all strategy and execution against the secondary school athletic trainer audience, identifying ways to educate and for Gatorade to add value to this important influencer group. Lead partnership and activation with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA)
  • Lead efforts to strengthen relationships with and educate high school coaches. Lead all coach-focused partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including youth partnerships and G Force (field sales/ambassador team) to implement SSAT/coach strategy in the field.
  • Lead on-site activation for Gatorade's partnership with IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.
  • Contribute to annual plan and long-term strategy for sports professional education, participate in immersions to assist in knowing the target cold, act as key contact across brand touch points for influencer activation.


    Required Skills

  • Must have a BS/BA degree along with 3-5 years of direct, full-time work experience.
