We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Experiential & Partnership Marketing Associate located at our Ewing, NJ headquarters.
The Experiential & Partnership Marketing Associate will develop and execute experiential marketing events that leverage our brand sponsorships and partnerships. You will have the opportunity to create content and consumer experiences that support our brand objectives as we continue to provide rich consumer experiences in our digital marketing channels. You will also have the opportunity to leverage sponsorship activities to maximize sampling opportunities that drive trial of our products and invite consumers to provide reviews.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and executing experiential marketing programs that drive consumer purchasing, earned conversions, and media coverage supporting brand business objectives
Work with brand teams and external agency partners to align on content creation objectives and KPI’s for experiential marketing events
Work with brand teams to identify sampling opportunities associated with events that will drive tr1al and generate reviews supported by financial and business objectives
Work with vendors to establish budgets and ensure they are adhered to, keeping track of event and sampling finances and ensure timelines are met
Oversee artwork development and manage the internal routing/approval process for account-specific and national programs and external partners as needed
Execute sweepstakes and other consumer promotions
Post-program and sampling financial analysis
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3 – 5 years experiential marketing experience, with successful track record of developing and managing meaningful consumer experiences which included content development
Experience in program analysis and generating lessons learned documents
Skills and Competencies:
Proven project management experience
Strong attention to detail with organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Financial analysis and scenario modeling
Vendor and agency management
Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as, work effectively with others
Outstanding analysis/reporting and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed; up to 20%
Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
