The Event Marketing Manager is an enthusiastic and motivated manager who leads and supervise the Event Marketing Team Leads and Beverage Brand Ambassadors. He/she is responsible for managing the day to day event marketing decisions, coordinating plans and communicating the logistic and details to an assigned team, recruitment, staffing, and training of the Refresh Crew. The EMM will report to the Experiential Brand Manager. The EMM will activate experiential marketing events and tours at colleges/universities, sport complexes, malls, concerts, amusement parks and other venues. The Event Marketing Manager will execute strategic marketing campaigns to targeted audiences by promoting brand awareness of the Coca Cola portfolio, using guerilla marketing tactics and social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer four to five years of event marketing experience as a Team
Lead or Supervisor with a proven track record of holding successful events that builds brand love and are highly engaging
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Communication
Must have a minimum of two years of Marketing, Event Specialist,
Mobile Marketing or other related experience
Must be sociable, friendly with an outgoing personality to engage consumers
Must possess excellent communication, writing and organizational skills, strong attention to detail
Must have ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work under tight deadlines
Must have ability to anticipate, communicate, and resolve issues with minimal guidance
Must be a self-motivator with the ability to work both independently and with a team
This position requires the employee to stand for long periods of time up to 8-hours during events
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs
Travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays
