Casper is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and versatile individual to join our experiential marketing team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to assist with the research, planning, and execution of offline events.


This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves. Our ideal candidate is creative, is organized, and has an attention to detail.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do

  • Reports to Experiential Marketing Manager to plan and support offline marketing programs and events
  • Research event and promotional vendors in various markets in the U.S. and Canada
  • Research yearly events and high-impact opportunities
  • Organize and manage event calendars, project management tools and promotional inventory database
  • Process billing inquiries for all vendors
  • Assist with planning and executing of events including delivering materials, set-up, breakdown and various other event-specific tasks
  • Assist with other general office tasks and various special projects

  • A graduate of a marketing, advertising, business or related degree program
  • Interest in existing and emerging trends in fashion, music, media/entertainment, arts, and pop culture
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
  • Organized. Really, really organized.
  • Motivated by problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • A lover of details. There are a ton of them and each one can make or break a consumer experience.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done. The role requires physical activity and involvement with the nitty gritty of experiential marketing.
  • Some travel may be required. Must have availability during nights and weekends. Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
