Position Summary


Temporarily lead Partnership Marketing efforts for Celebrity Cruises. Individual will partner with internal and external groups to maintain partnership relationships focused on guest engagement and revenue enhancement. You will be responsible for all of the business aspects for marketing partnerships. You must interface with many cross-functional groups across the US and International arenas and bring clarity to current and future partnerships. Additionally, you will need to be focused on tracking performance and revenue benefits associated with each partnership as well as continuously looking at ways to enhance each relationship. Length of assignment is 3.5 months (end of May 2017 - mid September 2017).


Career Snapshot

  • Manage overall partnership relationships with multiple partners which includes but not limited to contract negotiation, marketing plans, forecasting, marketing implementation and reporting/tracking.
  • Key participant in execution of partnership marketing plans which will include acquisition, growth and customer engagement.
  • Create and communicate business performance metrics to gauge the health and quality of every partnership especially focused on guest engagement, growth and revenue.
  • Partner with legal teams where needed to establish and review any new or existing contracts.
  • Lead ongoing influencer strategy.
  • Identify and present recommendations on marketing collateral, contact strategy across all touch points.
  • Engage and participate in cross-functional teams assigned to larger customer marketing exercises or promotions to build out additional synergies with new or existing partners.


    Required Skills

    Requirements

  • MBA preferred.
  • Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous marketing experience especially partnership marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and execute off of tactical and strategic plans.
  • Previous experience working in cruise, travel or hospitality industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing campaigns, media planning and customer acquisition.
