Casper is seeking a creative and strategic marketer to lead its brand partnerships. The position requires a deep understanding of brand DNA, a strong knowledge of influencer marketing, and the ability to take opportunities and turn them into meaningful relationships. We're looking for a brand visionary who thinks outside the (mattress) box. This is not a sales role. This is not a BD job. This is a position for an incredibly creative thinker with big ideas that knows how to elevate opportunities and move relationships to the next level — internally and externally. This is the job for the person that everyone wants in the brainstorm meeting and the person who can take those concepts and make them into reality. Responsibilities:

  • Direct brand partnerships (excludes business development deals)
  • Create and implement an influencer/spokesperson endorsement program
  • Partner with the paid acquisition team to wring out the most ROI from paid partnerships and sponsorships
  • Work cross-functionally to bring in the right people, across marketing, creative, tech, social, and business development
  • Serve as a brand steward, communicating and representing Casper to all partners


    Required Skills

  • 7-12 years in creative and strategic marketing role — not sales, account mgmt or BD
  • Phenomenal written communication skills
  • An effortless ability to identify exceptional brands and influencers
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and the creative marketing
  • Exemplary interpersonal and relationship management skills
