BaubleBar is looking for a brilliant creative and strategic thinker who will lead and manage strategy and execution for BaubleBar’s influencer programming. We are looking for someone excited to think outside of the box and take a creative approach to problem solving, while keeping an eye on key KPIs and metrics. A little bit left brain and a little bit right brain, you’re as excited to dive in and test new ideas as you are to geek out on numbers and results. You understand the power of relationships, and you are on top of the latest influencer trends. You have an inherent need to push the envelope. You’ll be responsible for everything, including over-arching influencer strategy, influencer relationship outreach and management, influencer gifting, events and partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy around influencer marketing, including relationship management, outreach, gifting and list growth.
  • Responsible for analyzing traffic and revenue from influencers compared to BaubleBar e-commerce metrics on a monthly basis. Constantly research and connect with influencers that are new to BaubleBar, always focusing on increasing our network.
  • Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Digital Marketing, Social Media and Merchandising Teams to reflect key programs and product launches.
  • Manage outreach to network of fashion and beauty influencers to maintain relationships, as well as sending newsletters to alert the group of on-site promotions and sales.
  • Manage influencer gifting and event strategy.
  • Plan events across the country to strengthen relationships with influencers.


    Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience (post college) managing social media, public relations and/or influencer relationships for an ecommerce or fashion brand. At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience hitting key marketing metrics.
  • One step above an early adopter.
  • You view the world through an “insta worthy” lense
  • You are an excellent writer and communicator.
  • Your organizational skills are award winning
  • You’re results driven and always back up recommendations with numbers.
  • You are a self starter, but great at asking for help when needed.
  • You’ve worked with Google Analytics, RewardStyle or other similar tools.
