The Brand Engagement Specialist role is responsible for managing and delivering all branded events to our US market and delivering high quality sponsorships and brand activations that meet our brand and commercial goals. The role supports the PR & Social Manager to develop and deliver a consumer PR plan by engaging with loyal fans, social influencers and traditional media through all earned and owned channels. Managing suppliers and agencies for events, as well as budgeting, will also be part of this role.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Activations: Develop integrated brand activations & events program to support our ambition to be a most shared brand. Also, widening the blogging and social media scope while engaging in some sponsorship talks/programs.


Consumer/Marketing Communications: Provide support for the PR/Social Manager, while working alongside multiple teams and agencies to deliver 360 integrated campaigns. We need creative and out of the box style thinkers!


Event management: Ensure events are created and executed from start to finish meeting company standards and goals. Produce collateral and manage all assets for the events, as well as analyze the success of each event.


Required Skills

About You


The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or Event Management preferred, along with 3-5 years marketing or comms experience with some event management. Knowledge of media relations and the even industry along with social media trends (current and emerging) is key. Translating our brand into live experiences that deliver at high profile events, to aid the wider marketing campaign. Other characteristics necessary include a highly creative type with excellent creative and presentational judgement, someone with a service/client minded approach, as well as highly organized with an ability to handle multiple projects at once.
