Bai is looking for a National Marquee Events Coordinator who will report to the National Marquee Events Manager and will assist in the strategic planning and event execution within a defined territory and trade shows. The MEC will be the on-site leader for events and will oversee the flawless execution of bringing our brand to life. The core focus will be on point-of-thirst activation at lifestyle events within our pillars, driving trial, a memorable experience and brand loyalty. Along with the local NMEM, the MEC will infuse and inspire the community and our local partners (distributors and retailers) with the bai spirit by truly living and embodying the “bai lifestyle”.


Leads Execution of all Field Marketing Activation

  • Responsible for leading and inspiring local activation team for all consumer facing activity
  • Be a creative problem solver and bring passion, enthusiasm and your authentic self to everything you do
  • Train brand ambassadors to meet bai’s standard of excellence
  • Manage quality execution at all Marquee field events and trade shows where bai is represented
  • Be the ultimate bai consumer. Constantly work to develop an in-depth understanding of the beverage market, natural market trends, and of emerging health and fitness trends, among other lifestyle activity
  • Implement processes to ensure streamlined execution of all activity
  • Maintain a close relationship with the regional sales team


    Administrative Duties & Reporting

  • Provide weekly recap reports to NMEM
  • Staff local sampling and lifestyle events
  • Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Manage inventory of infrastructure & product at warehouse

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 year of relevant experience, preferably with event execution experience
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and market application including local marketing and product sampling
  • Leadership experience and strong team skills
  • Knowledge of local market trends and relevant influencers
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
  • Go-getter attitude and 100% commitment to building a new brand in a year of hyper growth
  • Regular weekend and some holiday activations are required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment
  • Experience working successfully within the constraints of a growing business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel for work purposes
