This position is within the Corporate Marketing Department and will support the Sports Marketing function.


The position will experience a fast paced work environment interacting with many diverse stakeholders. It requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, on deadline, exercise good judgment, solve problems, have outstanding attention to detail, demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ensure the success of the events for all participants.


In addition to sports related responsibilities, you will also serve as an ambassador for the UL brand. Responsibilities


  • Provide support for all customer entertainment activities to include invitation process, data review and management in online tool
  • Assist with the delivery and implementation of all brand promotion activities including advertising, signage, Fan Expo and other activities
  • Assist with on-site activities at events to include ticket and gift distribution, business meeting planning and event coordination
  • Constantly demonstrate honesty and integrity in all efforts
  • Track and manage purchase orders, invoices and vendor proposals


    Required Skills

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field plus generally no related experience
  • Working understanding of event management
  • Working understand golf and golf tournament operations
  • Skilled in using computer hardware and software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and positively at all levels
  • Ability to establish relationships through the use of sound interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details and to follow-up as needed
  • Able to think logically and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and identify areas for improvement
