  • Lead development of strategic planning and tactical execution of all paid media investments in North America. This includes, but is not limited to development and delivery of media brief, development of media execution calendar, and delivery of all media assets for placement.
  • Set measurable media key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets based on strategic objectives of media plan. Track and report media results, and use results to optimize or modify media plan accordingly.
  • Lead development of strategic planning and tactical execution of all media partnerships. This includes but is not limited to vertical media sources and publications such as boat and engine review sites and other traditional trade media.
  • Lead development of strategic planning and tactical execution for all sponsorship, endorsement and marketing ambassador programs. This includes, but is not limited to, vertical TV show sponsorships and other Evinrude ambassadors.
  • Lead development of strategic planning and tactical execution for all Boat Builder collaborative marketing agreements.
  • Manage contract preparation and signing process, contract fulfillment, and budgetary responsibilities for all sponsorship, endorsement and marketing ambassador programs. This includes, but is not limited to, working to have purchase orders (P.O.s) opened, submitting accurate and timely forecasts, submitting all invoices, ensuring all benefits of contracts are paid on-time per established agreements.
  • Develop and implement integrated plans for activation of key sponsorships and endorsements. Activities include, key message development, content development and distribution, media support, event activation, measurement, and any related duties.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales team to promote and leverage all media and partnerships investments with our network. This includes but is not limited to informing our network of our continued investment to help them at retail, updating regional marketing calendars to help our network sync their efforts with ours, and making benefits of our investments available to the network as appropriate.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key external partners, vendors and agencies as required to support the media, sponsorship and endorsement programs.
  • Analyze effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) of various projects to determine viability of future initiatives.
  • Manage budget for assigned areas of responsibility.


    Required Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar
  • 3 -5 years marketing experience, preferably previous experience with media planning & sponsorships
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to facilitate building of trust and strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
