BRP: Distributed throughout more than 100 countries, our product line-up includes Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles, Sea-doo watercraft, side-by-side all terrain vehicles, Can-Am Spyder roadsters, Evinrude marine propulsion systems, marine propulsion systems and motors for Rotax karts, motorcycles, and small planes, as well as a full line-up of parts, accessories, and clothing.


  • Implement and manage our powersports marketing and promotional strategies in order to increase awareness for our brands.
  • Undertake the supervisory and budgetary responsibilities to support this new centralized function.
  • Provide a holistic, multi-brand management of BRP’S sponsorship, ambassadorship and celebrity influencer activities.
  • Enable timely, relevant and consistent content marketing with the respective brands and social/digital teams. Ensure that brand-specific messaging is in line with the Brand priorities and their communications objectives.
  • Support in drafting and negotiating powersports marketing contracts with third parties, ambassadors, influencers and celebrities.
  • Ensure collaboration with our indirect procurement team on such mandates.
  • Implement a multi-brand governance to align all powersports marketing and sponsorship activations - in collaboration with the Brand
  • Managers, Corporate Communications and the Digital team.
  • Implement a consistent framework for contracts, tracking and metrics for sponsorship agreements. For ambassadors, apply the well established formulas/learning/rewards structure from the Ski-Doo program to other brands.
  • Implement, monitor and improve upon the KPI’s for each activation.
  • Provide a scorecard to the Brand leads on a regular basis.

  • Connect: Personalizing and optimizing our engagement with consumers - the right time, at the right place.
  • Content: Building one-to-one brand experiences - appealing to consumer’s passion points.
  • Commerce: Driving consumers to our digital and physical retail spaces as a seamless experience.
  • Community: Bringing it all together, listening, communicating and engaging with our passionate consumers
  • Lead future product co-branding opportunities with external companies or brands.
  • Provide a full diagnosis and recommendation on how to best leverage our Race Marketing Activities


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (marketing);
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in marketing-related positions;
  • Bilingualism is essential, both oral and written (French/English);
  • Ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting program objectives and timelines;
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influence skills;
  • Constant desire to improve processes to increase efficiency.
