Responsible for building brand loyalty, brand buzz and brand value in assigned region by developing and strategizing community marketing programs that connect Vital Proteins to the consumer and drive profitability.


This is done through the creation of engaging, scalable, relevant consumer experiences. The consumer experiences have key elements designed to drive the trial of our brands.


Role will identify and oversee the implementation of relevant event sponsorship and / or presence, establishing relationships with field community leaders and partner with the field sales team to identify and oversee the execution of consumer based marketing programs.


Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing this role will be regionally focused in the city listed.


What you will be responsible for :


  • Overseeing field marketing brand strategy for assigned territory; leading and developing a team to ensure effective program execution
  • Overseeing the team's designing and implementation of strategic regional marketing plans thru the use of national and local assets, sampling activities and other platforms that align with national brand strategies
  • Leading and managing all regional social media programming and amplification of brand voice and initiatives, working closely with VP of marketing, and social media manager to align activity
  • Leading the strategy and incorporation of National Marketing Platforms into Regional events, partnerships, and consumer brand experiences
  • Working closely with regional sales team to maximize retail opportunities to grow brand (25% of time)
  • Managing activation of local events through use of traditional and social media, vehicle sampling
  • Assessing all regional media opportunities (traditional / non-traditional), and helping identify key strategic opportunities for brands, negotiating and maximizing local contracts / opportunities
  • Managing team's administrative function of strategic spend, inventory management, legal guidelines, event tracking reports, program recaps & measurements
  • Ensuring strong level of communication between Director, Regionals Sales team and corporate marketing teams


    Required Skills

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing / Sales BA / BS preferred
  • Must be well networked in your regional community
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
  • Proven track record of being organized, dependable and self-motivated
  • Experience managing direct reports in a field based setting
  • Hustle, flexibility and drive to get things done
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and early mornings
