We’re looking for a Director of Experiential Marketing to lead a team that creates and executes exceptionally engaging activations for our customers across the country.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and inspire a large Experiential Marketing team to develop, manage and execute creative and results-driven experiential programs to drive customer engagement and raise brand awareness.
  • Consistently deliver cutting-edge creative concepts that reflect our innovative spirit
  • Research and identify strategic opportunities for brand partnerships.
  • Review and manage budgets, planning, deliverables, vendor and partner contracts, project plans and results.
  • Plan and develop partnerships and concepts to include promotional ideas, marketing materials, and activation details.
  • Manage third party vendors, event producers, and promoters.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure consistent messaging (Influencer, PR, Creative, Social, CRM etc.)
  • Lead integration with partners and assess program effectiveness, setting KPI’s for measurement of results.
  • Assess KPI’s determine ROI, and report campaign metrics back to the leadership team.
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends in entertainment, lifestyle, and culture.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, PR or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of marketing, event production, and leadership experience with a consumer brand.
  • Deeply customer centric, must understand our customers and how engage with them
  • Able to think big and inspire brilliant creative ideas
  • Able to set, manage and report on performance metrics for campaigns
  • Able to improve and create experiential processes for our brand
  • Experience with large-scale event budgeting, production, programming, partnerships, and promotions, including working in accounting and finance established processes
  • Collaboration and sensibility with in-house creatives and design
  • Established network of vendors, partners, and corporate brands
  • Excellent project management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Domestic and/or International Travel
  • A sense of humor and ability to adapt to change
