Senior Manager, Brand Experience is responsible for catapulting GoGo squeeZ brand trial, awareness, and loyalty by managing game-changing experiential campaigns and partnerships as well as bringing to life our GoGo squeeZ Movement. This person will create an in-person consumer experience of the brand and leverage our events to create content for strong consumer engagement.Our partnerships include charitable partners and charitable programs.


Our Senior Manager of Brand Experience will also lead our creative team.


Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Build the experiential annual plan that will bring our GoGo squeeZ strategy to life, across the US
  • Ensure that the plan is well integrated with our overall communication strategy and instrumental in delivering our message with a strong reach
  • Lead first-class brand experience plans that drive GoGo squeeZ Best in Class consumer engagement
  • Overseeing the squeez squad (brand ambassadors) activities and manage the squeez squad leader. Ensure that all activations reflect the experiential brand strategy
  • Manages the Partnership & Community Event Manager as well as the Community Relations Manager
  • Integrate with all marketing functions, to execute 360 plans that grow GoGo squeeZ trial, awareness, and loyalty
  • Driving the creative development and implementation of GoGo squeeZ Partner programs
  • Develop a partnership plan aligned with the Brand strategy
  • Build strong professional relationships with our partners and manage the day to day work
  • Review sponsorship marketing requests and select the most relevant opportunities
  • Generate success stories, and share out performance analysis throughout each program to ensure positive ROI and suggest opportunities to raise the bar
  • Leverage our activations and partners to amplify the GoGo squeeZ brand
  • Plan events and memorable moments
  • Drive Charity partnership management around community work
  • Manage a budget
  • All other duties as assigned


    Required Skills

    EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields


    EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing partnerships or Brand Experience initiatives
  • Direct and remote Management experience required
  • Project Management experience required
  • Strategic planning experience

  • A nimble executor that can keep an eye on several projects simultaneously

    PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work up to 8 hours per day and be on his/her feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% a year
  • Ability to lift a maximum weight of 51 lbs.
