The Global Experiences & Partnerships team leads 40+ Entertainment partnerships around the world and oversees ticket access, live events and digital engagement platforms for lifestyle and cultural events.


This Senior Manager role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven candidate to support the development, implementation, and execution of marquee partnerships across the entertainment value chain and special experiences inclusive of music presales, activations across artist partnerships and consumer/industry events. They will help lead our communication strategy for engaging our Card Members across Entertainment experiences around the world. A primary focus will be working to drive business value, exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the brand stays current on the ever-evolving entertainment/ticketing landscape.


You should have strong relationship-building instincts, can flexibly work across lines of business, markets and external partnerships with finesse to deliver both brand and business value. This role will provide day-to-day management of partners, with operational excellence, in close collaboration with internal teams to support the entertainment value proposition. Travel required (~ 25%) to execute onsite programs and nurture partnerships. Collaboration capabilities are critical.

  • This person’s specific responsibilities will include:
  • Lead strategy, development, and execution of live event partnerships.
  • Support the creative development and approval process for all music access, ticketing, and experiential programs.
  • Lead the execution of digital engagement programs.
  • Oversee budget management across the portfolio.
  • Drive continued awareness and engagement in our programs.
  • Lead ongoing channel and awareness strategy.
  • Partner with various colleagues across division, business units, agencies and sponsorship properties to create and implement event and awareness programs.


    Required Skills

  • Experienced marketer (5+ years), with skill and passion for the experiential marketing space and passion for entertainment.
  • Possesses a superior partnership orientation and relationship building; strong past experience in highly collaborative products, processes and cross-business execution.
  • Creative instincts, with an ability to work closely with multiple creative agencies and inspire breakthrough ideas.
  • Professional maturity and presence; with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budget and process management.
  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strategic thinker, well-versed in analytics, consumer insights and employing a customer first mindset to all partnership activations.
  • Service-minded and customer-first orientation is a must.
