As a Sponsorships brand senior manager, you’ll lead the activation strategy and execution oversight for a world-class sponsorship portfolio. Deloitte’s national sponsorships create opportunities for exceptional client and practitioner experiences, deliver memorable activities and impactful brand messaging, showcase Deloitte capabilities, and ultimately help account teams build client relationships. Excellent strategic thinking, project management, communication skills and marketing experience will be critical to success in this role.
Work you’ll do
Own development of activation strategy and execution for the full portfolio of US-based national sponsorships for the world’s leading professional services organization
Lead the core team responsible for integrated planning for marquee client hospitality, practitioner engagement and marketplace activation including branding, advertising, social media, digital, PR, and internal communications
Communicate a brand narrative using our sponsorships to showcase the breadth and depth of Deloitte’s capabilities, as well as other platforms including diversity and inclusion, empowered well-being and corporate citizenship through paid, earned and owned channels
Lead in-house activation of high caliber experiential opportunities for our premier clients across the sponsorship portfolio
Strategize with integrated planning team to engage executive leadership, partners/principals and directors, professionals, recruits and alumni through sponsorship activities
Collaborate closely with leadership of sponsorship properties to deliver mutually beneficial results through the lens of a business-to-business organization
Own relationships with internal and external creative agencies to deliver on sponsorship program objectives, including media buys, development of advertising creative, video production, and other marketing collateral
Bring a business perspective and a clear POV to sponsorship activation with a commitment to metrics and analytics-based continuous improvement
Interface with Marketing Excellence leads to coordinate and optimize business positioning and key messages in sponsorship marketing activities
Manage, lead, and grow a motivated and highly talented team of professionals
Bachelor's degree required.
12+ years of experience marketing and/or brand management for a large organization, professional services background preferred.
Experience leading sponsorship activation strategy and execution.
Experience managing relationships with sponsorship properties.
Understands the “business” of sponsorships and how to cultivate value from them with target audiences.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.
Ability to lead and operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
