The WW Brand and Sports Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Sports Partnerships and Corporate Alliances department with implementation and day-to-day management of global corporate partnerships with an emphasis in sports and entertainment. This position will assist the Brand Marketing department with reports, research and creative briefs. This position requires up to 20% travel. A majority of the travel may occur on weekends to support partnerships.


DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Work with global and regional marketing teams to gather and share information, including marketing and sponsorship assets, tracking, and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze Sponsorships and Brand Marketing reports and presentations.
  • Organize and inventory all collateral, premium items, supplies, etc., with focus placed before and directly after the event.
  • Manage back-end software support systems that help to analyze sponsorships.
  • Support Sponsorship & Alliance team on event or sponsorship strategy and activation.
  • Prepare and communicate sponsorship updates for Herbalife Nutrition Members and employees.
  • Process all vendor and partner payments and assist in budget tracking.
  • Coordinate internal email marketing updates.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and review brand marketing projects.
  • Research competitors and best-in-class brands, evaluating business performance, branding, creative and marketing.
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks. Coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


    Required Skills


    Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of nutrition industry and health and wellness products
  • Exhibit a passion for both sports, entertainment and brand marketing
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
  • Very strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop. Ability to create creative presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Ability to create presentations and other supporting materials such as charts and spreadsheet
  • Adept at multi-tasking and extremely detail oriented
  • Ability work in cross-functional teams
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision


    Experience:

  • 1- 2 years’ experience working in marketing or sports environment


    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
