As an events and experiences manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across the org to develop marketing and content strategy for the large enterprise customer-facing events and sponsorships as well as corporate events.
Responsibilities
Work with the core Enterprise marketing team and stakeholders in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Comms among others to develop and execute corporate sales events, both internal and external.
Contribute to a diverse range of projects, including webinars, sponsorship events and opportunities.
Inform creative strategy, coordinate agency production and execution of events, sponsorships and experiences.
Liaise with technical subject matter experts to better understand our offering and craft messaging
Develop and track calendars Enterprise events, digital and in-person (when permitted)
Keep management and executive leadership informed by preparing developing compelling presentations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Events, webinars, and sponsorship execution experience
High level of organization and attention to detail
High-energy, resourceful attitude
Curiosity in an environment of constant learning
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Comfort working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
3+ years experience in Marketing or equivalent education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field strongly preferred
Experience in event management, production and managing agencies
Payments, Fintech or Tech Marketing background preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
