FC Tulsa (FCT) is seeking its first Corporate Partnerships Services Coordinator. As part of the evolving Corporate Partnerships Department at FCT, we are currently looking to employ an energetic and dynamic Corporate Partnerships Services Coordinator to assist and service the corporate partnerships in the exciting first season as FC Tulsa. The desire to be part of a “start-up” and build something special is required.

Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist corporate partnership department in researching potential partnership clients
  • Help determine the goals and objectives of prospective clients to facilitate the creation of customized partnership proposals targeted at meeting these goals
  • Create partnership proposals, collateral and analytics
  • Develop comprehensive partnership recap reports
  • Assists in the presenting of partnership recap reports
  • Assist with the management of departmental budget Manages any department interns
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of all partnership elements, including in-game, publications, broadcast, digital, community, ticketing and hospitality
  • Manage the acquisition of partner marks and intellectual property to ensure delivery of all defined partnership elements
  • Ensure all partnerships elements are in accordance with team, building and League guidelines
  • Works across multiple team departments to ensure flawless execution of partnerships
  • Leads the execution of partnership events and the engagement
  • Other duties as assigned


    Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticket, group, season, suite or sponsorship sales or service; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm about contributing to the success of the department and club
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Above average knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel, and database-related platforms
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and CRM systems preferred Soccer knowledge is preferred, but not required
