The Corporate Sponsorships Lead is responsible for all corporate sponsorship activity in an executed partnership contract and beyond. An integral team member of an energetic and growing team, organization, collaboration, time management and communication skills are key, along with a passion to bring sports and other industries within the Union Home Mortgage space.
Responsibilities
Hands-on activation of deliverables on all levels (HQ and across markets) through ongoing collaboration and communication with both internal team members and external partners
Regularly aggregating and organizing data and KPI’s to report to Sr. Leadership on all sponsorship activities
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our sponsorship partners
Leveraging and optimizing current and future potential corporate sponsorship relationships to grow business within contract and sharing ideas for strategically growing business
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sports Management, Public Relations, Communications, Business Planning, Project Management or related field
3-5+ years sports marketing or sports management
5+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally sponsorship related or project management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage many projects at the same time with tight deadlines
Creative; ability to think outside the box and problem solve
