100 Thieves is looking for an Associate Manager, Partnerships Marketing to collaborate with the Senior Manager, Partnerships Marketing on managing and executing digital and live integrations and the day-to-day activity of multiple partners, including the company’s initiatives, sponsors' activation and other revenue and non-revenue generating activities. The Associate Manager will work cross-functionally to create industry-leading integrated marketing programs that increase brand presence, leverage key cultural moments and drive brand heat. Globally, this role will align with priority regions to help amplify our global lifestyle partnerships and increase the value of earned, paid and social media.


Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of live and digital (Content and Social) branded integrations for 100 Thieves
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to support the activation plan, budgeting, event execution, and recapping
  • Facilitate all aspects of pre-event production, onsite production, and post event breakdown
  • Execute multiple events from beginning to end, often simultaneously
  • Support social team with new partner announcements and branded social integration
  • Support account management with development of recap decks for clients
  • Manage day-to-day relationships for multiple partners including strategy development, ROI/ROO evaluation, incremental sales increases, contract management, renewals, partner category expertise, cross selling, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with official partners and their applicable agencies (marketing, media, event, etc.)
  • Serve as brand ambassador for sponsors and develop strategic activation plans leveraging the company’s assets – working alongside internal business units: content, social, digital, apparel, etc. Integrate company growth initiatives and priorities into partner activation plans
  • Utilize assets and serve as an interdepartmental liaison to grow partner brands and reach critical KPIs, including: social, digital, research, B2B, fan events, retail, hospitality, etc.
  • Act as catalyst for cross promotional activation and business to business relationships among the company’s sponsors
  • Review and approve partners' activation plans and creative concepts
  • Develop best practice case studies to share with official partners and use in new business development
  • Responsible for YOY growth of activation and media support of the company’s official partners, including upselling of programs to generate revenue
  • Manage and audit contractual and non-contractual obligations, including all associated budgeting elements
  • Fulfill sponsor activation needs inclusive of hospitality, executive requirements, promotional support, etc.
  • Manage initiatives such as media relationships, marketing platform support, industry integration, etc.
  • Contribute to the sponsorship renewal process, including preparation of recap documents and providing recommendations for partnership growth


    Required Skills

  • 4+ years relevant marketing, activation and/or experiential experience
  • Experience developing and executing on brand strategy & marketing plans
  • Experience in developing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals and demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles
  • Extensive background developing and managing experiential marketing programs
  • Track record of demonstrating agility to design experiences that meet the consumer where they are
  • Demonstrated leadership in sponsorship consulting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive earned and owned reach through experiential
  • Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal and corporate relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information
  • Self-starter, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
