The Mobile Coordinator will execute sampling, giveaways, and sell Community Coffee products/promotions at branded outdoor and indoor events. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Mobile Activations, you will represent the Community Coffee brand at college sporting events, customer grand openings, trade shows, disaster recovery efforts, VIP events and more. This role ensures the execution at events runs smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of projects and reporting its status to Management. At times you may lead other brand ambassadors.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Is a passionate and effective Community Coffee Brand Ambassador at all times
Supports Events & Sponsorships activation elements at all events; recommends continuous improvements to processes
Communicates with Events & Sponsorships on-site activations partners regularly to ensure exceptional customer service
Works alongside Community Coffee’s creative team to execute sponsorship and events creative deliverables including signage, digital integrations, vehicle needs and more
Assists with sample and coffee orders for each activation
Maintains a calendar of key workflow schedules and handle any issues that might arise as each event nears
Researches and provides feedback on event merchandise development
Schedules external agency support staffing for key events
Assists with creation of monthly scorecard to communicate ROI, media value, leads and new business gained via sponsorships and events
Various administrative duties as needed
May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline required.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
