Tykes partners with Charlotte Hornets Fans making their way to Spectrum Center on Saturday, Nov. 26 to see the Charlotte Hornets take on the New York Knicks are in store for a special giveaway as the organization will be handing out 10,000 shirts displaying the entire team characterized as “Tykes” images. A Charlotte-based graphic design company, Tykes creates cartoon-style depictions of famous athletes and other personalities, providing fans with an alternative visual representation of their favorite teams and players.
Kumho signs deal with Charlotte Hornets November 16, 2016 – The Charlotte Hornets today announced that the organization has entered into a partnership with Kumho Tire under which Kumho becomes the Official Tire of the Charlotte Hornets and the team’s exclusive partner in the automobile tire manufacturer category.
Charter Communications signs deal with Charlotte Hornets August 17, 2016 – Hornets Sports & Entertainment and Charter Communications today announced that “Spectrum Center” will be replacing Time Warner Cable Arena as the name of the Hornets’ home arena with Charter’s merger with Time Warner Cable having taken effect earlier this year. Spectrum is the brand name of Charter’s all-digital TV, internet and voice offerings.
