Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank signs deal with FC Barcelona On 8 March 2016 in Hanoi, FC Barcelona unveiled a sponsorship agreement with Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (known as SHB), the top 5 Private Commercial Banks in Vietnam. Bank Mega sponsors FC Barcelona FC Barcelona and Bank Mega signed a Regional Partnership Agreement last December to officially confirm the latter as FCB’s Official Bank in Indonesia.
