The US TRI State Game, hosted by the TRI Federation, is the upcoming inaugural exhibition TRI game that will be played Sunday, June 21st, 2015. TRI is a new sport played by 3 teams at the same time, full contact, fast paced, and highly diplomatic. Emerging in the Global market, the TRI Federation will now focus on US market development and opportunities. The inaugural game will be hosted in Fairfield County, Connecticut will host Massachusetts and New York State teams. Teams have successfully recruited semi-pro, former NCAA D1 athletes from football, rugby and basketball. A women's counterpart is currently building which will double the participation and exposure, in addition to the sport's post event expansion. Local/regional print as well as local TV in the 3 states have already expressed interest and will produce pre/post event coverage. The TRI Federation has already worked with over 5 major sponsors internationally since 2010, however, this game will trigger the sport's disruptive expansion.
The event offers several levels of sponsorship. Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York are available for team sponsorship. Additional event/sponsorship presentation available.
As a result of this inaugural game, the top 5 players from each state will be selected to represent the United States against France and England. The TRI Federation will explode onto the US sports scene, producing 36 state national tournament, also offering the sport to schools PE curriculums. Several state games have already been planned, as well as Army v Navy v Marines in the Inaugural US Military Game.
