We are excited to bring Miyelo to beautiful and historic Downtown Tipp City, Ohio where Home Grown Music is on showcase July 18th. Tipp City’s quaint 175 year old Downtown merchant district will be transformed into an awesome music festival experience that we hope will remind you of the Gentlemen of the Road/Mumford & Sons Tour that happened just up north in our sister city of Troy, Ohio. Pronounced “my-EL-oh” the word loosely translates to “I AM” in the language of the Lakota. Miyelo is a statement of confidence, something that all ventures require as the price of admission. MIYELO’S MISSION STATEMENT The Miyelo Music Festival is a Party With Purpose. We come together to enjoy life, celebrate with our friends, remember those who left us too soon, and raise money for causes close to our heart. The music we listen to is a mix of rock, country and midwest folk, a unique blend of music we like to call.. Americana. MIYELO’S 2015 GOALS Offer up a festival with boldness, spirit and confidence. Establish and grow Tipp City’s national reputation as an outstanding Midwestern town. Provide exposure and opportunities for both our sponsors and our artists. Raise $50,000 for charities that impact us close to home. Bringing dollars into our community, providing economic growth.
