The Alzheimer's Association is the largest non-profit funder of Alzheimer's disease research.[1] The organization has chapters and communities across the nation, with its national office located in Chicago and the public policy office in Washington, D.C.[2] Its mission is "to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health."[2]
